Terms and Conditions
We require your credit card information to confirm a booking.
We require payment on arrival for the duration of your stay.
Your card will not be charged until your arrival, when you will have the option of card, cash or cheque payment. There is a £4 transaction fee for all card payments.
Check-in is 5pm
Check-out is 11am
Earlier check-in and later check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
We have free secure luggage storage by prior arrangement.
On and off street parking is available free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
We will deduct a fee equivalent to your first night's stay if you fail to give sufficient warning when cancelling a reservation (48 hours).
Any cancellation charges will initially be offset against any deposit held and the balance will be charged against the credit card supplied at booking.
